Ms. Bhalla is a full time and practicing psychologist at Max Healthcare Hospital in New Delhi, India. Additionally, she provides ad-hoc support to Amirrah as a consultant psychologist. Prior to her work with Max, she gained experience working in the field with Artemis Hospital as well as The Health Assist in Gurugram, New Delhi. In 2019, Ms Bhalla also worked as a student researcher at the RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. She holds an MSc and a BSc in Clinical Psychology.​​
